Taking cognizance of the incident of firing by anti-social elements in the Trauma Center due to mutual conflict, GRMC Dean Dr. RKS Dhakad wrote a letter to the Superintendent of Police expressing concern over the incident in the hospital. Apart from this, Joint Director and Superintendent Jayarogya Dr. Sudhir Saxena has been directed to strengthen the security system and remove anti-social elements from the premises. Brokers sitting outside at night make deals for patients
At night, the trauma ward is taken over by brokers of private hospitals who deal in patient dealing. As soon as the patient arrives in the ambulance, these brokers start following the relatives. They take the patients away by telling the relatives that they will not get treatment in government hospitals.
