Khandwa. Traffic TI Saurabh Kushwaha issued a challan for Mayor Amrita Yadav’s car parked in the Nagar Nigam on the complaint of Congress workers. Congress workers were protesting here by sitting in front of the car. Nagar Nigam Leader of Opposition Deepak Mallu Rathore said that instead of the number, the Mayor’s car has ‘Boss’ written in English. Challans are issued for the vehicles of common people, a challan should be issued for her car as well.
Pay the challan by wearing PM’s mask
Deepak Mallu called the TI to the spot and took the challan amount from the Congress worker who was protesting wearing the mask of Prime Minister Narendra Modi and made a receipt. During this, some BJP leaders also protested against this action of the TI.
Will a challan be issued if the car is parked?
In this case, Mayor Amrita Yadav said that my car was parked in the corporation premises. If anyone’s car is parked in front of the house or in the premises, will they issue a challan?
No invoice as per law
In this entire case, BJP’s legal cell’s state co-convenor Devendra Yadav has demanded from the police administration that appropriate legal action should be taken against those who are guilty in the case. He said that the police inspector who is pressuring the traffic police to take wrong action is himself guilty according to the law.
Complainants cannot pay the challan
According to the law, a challan cannot be made for the Mayor’s vehicle parked in the Corporation premises, because it was not moving on the road during the action. Wherever the challan is made, the amount of the challan can be collected only from the vehicle owner or the institution. In such a situation, the complainant himself pressuring the traffic inspector to deposit the amount is also a legal offense in itself.
Wearing PM Modi’s mask was called a fraud
Wearing and fraudulently impersonating PM Modi’s mask and pressuring to deposit the amount of such challan in his name is also a serious crime. The complainant’s attempt to get the money from the person who took it with him to deposit it to the traffic inspector shows that a well-planned conspiracy was hatched in this regard from the very beginning.
