Due to which Rajendra Mangal fell on the ground along with the scooty. Meanwhile, the miscreants picked up the bag full of notes and ran away. However, Rajendra Mangal later raised an alarm. But by then the accused had fled from the spot. After the incident, the police reached the spot and started investigation.
