‘Bavandar Baba’ roaming on bike: Demand to remove pictures of gods and goddesses from bidi bundles to incense sticks packets, left taxi driver’s job for Sanatan, now making people aware

Dev Chauhan, Bhojpur. A person from Madhya Pradesh is roaming around on a bike and demanding the removal of pictures of gods and goddesses from bidi bundles and incense sticks packets. He is famous by the name of ‘Bavandar Baba’. He has so far travelled to 25 states on this issue.

Actually Bavdavar Baba is doing this yatra to stop printing of pictures of gods and goddesses on packets of matchboxes, havan samagri, agarbatti, dhoopbatti, camphor, bidi bundles. He says that after using them, they are thrown in the dustbin, which is insulting Sanatan Dharma. Bavdavar Baba is roaming around and appealing to the public not to buy such things which have pictures of our gods and goddesses.

Indore resident Baba left his job as a driver and took a vow

Bavdavar Baba is a resident of Mahu Naka in Indore. Before becoming Bavdavar Baba, his name was Vinod Yadav. He worked as a taxi driver for 22 years. He comes from a middle class family.

Bavdaar Baba started this journey from Siddhpeeth Hanumangarhi on 21 February 2021. He has given up shoes and slippers for Sanatan. He has also stopped getting his hair cut and beard trimmed. He says that now he will go with his body.
