Naiduniya, Jabalpur (Jabalpur News). Nagaland police has arrested a youth from Jabalpur for sending obscene videos to a girl from Nagaland. A three-member team from Nagaland reached Patan police station where with the help of local police, 24-year-old Vikram Singh, a resident of Patan, was arrested.
The girl sent nude photos via video call
The girl alleges that Vikram is pursuing ITI from Jabalpur. Four months ago, Vikram and the girl came in contact online. They became friends. They started talking via video call. During this time, the girl sent some nude photos to the boy. The boy sent this video to his friends on mobile.
Registered a complaint with cyber police
This video got widely circulated on the internet media. When the girl came to know about her video going viral, she lodged a complaint with the Nagaland State Cyber Police and told the whole story. After recording the girl’s statement, Nagaland Police retrieved the chats of Patan resident Vikram Singh and then registered a case under sections of the IT Act including sexual harassment.
Police took them to Nagaland
The police will take the accused youth with them to Nagaland. Where he will be questioned in this case. DSP Laika M Achumi posted in Nagaland Police said that an FIR has been registered against Vikram Singh on the complaint of a girl from Nagaland.
