Kolkata-bound IndiGo flight develops snag whilst starting up, grounded

RANCHI: A Kolkata-bound flight was once grounded on the Ranchi airport on Saturday after it advanced a technical snag whilst starting up, officers mentioned.

The 72-seater IndiGo flight with 62 passengers on board was once to take off round 9 am, they mentioned.

“The air-conditioner of the airplane advanced a snag and it stopped operating. So, the flight was once grounded for restore works,” Ranchi airport director Vinod Sharma advised PTI.

Selection preparations had been made for the passengers, he mentioned.

A remark from IndiGo mentioned it regrets the inconvenience led to to the passengers.

“IndiGo ATR flight 6E-7562 from Ranchi to Kolkata had returned again to parking bay because of a technical snag in plane cabin air-conditioning machine. The flight was once cancelled and plane is beneath upkeep for the important exams,” the remark learn.
