New Delhi’s streets are turning into a nightmare, with murders and fatal accidents surging under what AAP leader Arvind Kejriwal calls a failed ‘four-engine’ government. In a blistering attack on social media, Kejriwal accused the BJP of destroying the capital in just one year, questioning how many more lives must be lost before the administration wakes up.

Recent horrors paint a grim picture: six murders in 24 hours, including schoolchildren from classes 9 and 10. Open drains and potholes claim innocent lives daily, yet officials remain silent. Kejriwal highlighted this administrative collapse, urging accountability from a government that prioritizes events over public safety.

AAP Delhi chief Saurabh Bharadwaj echoed the outrage, targeting the Lieutenant Governor and DDA for negligence. ‘Earlier, the LG pointed fingers at AAP; now, with BJP controlling MCD, DDA, Delhi government, and the Centre, who’s to blame?’ he asked. He described two Delhis—one gripped by fear, the other busy with inaugurations.

No response from BJP leaders yet, but the political storm is brewing. As residents demand safer streets, the question looms: will rhetoric turn into action? Delhi’s safety hangs in the balance amid this escalating crisis.
