Kanpur violence: Belongings of major accused Zafar Hashmi’s shut aide razed

Joint Commissioner of Police (Legislation and order) Anand Prakash Tiwari stated that the KDA has demolished a newly-constructed construction owned via one Mohammad Ishtiyaq, who is alleged to be a detailed relative of top accused Zafar Hayat Hashmi.

The construction was once in Swaroopnagar locality of Kanpur.

“There are causes to consider that the funding has been made via the top accused of the violence case,” Tiwari stated, and claimed that the demolition was once performed in keeping with “norms and rules.”

“The accused have been taken into police custody following the courtroom’s order on Saturday morning and can stay in custody until Tuesday morning,” stated Tiwari.
