Will Champai Soren join BJP?

New Delhi. Jharkhand Mukti Morcha leader and former Jharkhand Chief Minister Champai Soren has said that he was insulted during his tenure as Chief Minister and now all options are open for him. Soren has written a post on the social media platform ‘X’ stating that he was insulted during his tenure as Chief Minister of Jharkhand.

He said, “Every child in Jharkhand knows that during my tenure, I never did anything wrong to anyone, nor did I let anything wrong happen to anyone. Meanwhile, the day after Hul Diwas, I came to know that all my programs for the next two days have been postponed by the party leadership. One of these public programs was in Dumka, while the other program was to distribute appointment letters to PGT teachers.”

Soren said, “On enquiry, it was found that a meeting of the legislative party has been called by the coalition on July 3, till then you cannot attend any program as the Chief Minister.” He wrote, “Can there be anything more humiliating in democracy than the fact that a Chief Minister’s programs are cancelled by another person?”

With a heavy heart, I said in the meeting called for the legislative party that a new chapter of my life is going to start from today. He said, “All options are open for me till the upcoming Jharkhand assembly elections.”
