A devastating incident unfolded in Ranchi, Jharkhand, where a 5-year-old girl was raped during a wedding ceremony. The young victim was lured away with the promise of mangoes by the perpetrator. He took her to an isolated garden where he committed the heinous act. The assault was revealed when the traumatized girl returned home, covered in blood. Her family immediately sought medical attention, taking her to Chanho CSC for initial treatment. She was later transferred to RIMS Hospital in Ranchi due to the seriousness of her condition. Outraged community members caught the accused, Karmdev Uraon, and subjected him to a brutal beating.
