In a major success against Naxal activities, security forces recovered Rs 35 lakh in East Singhbhum district. The recovery was made during an operation on Sunday, following a tip-off. A joint team of police, Jharkhand Jaguar, and CRPF found the money hidden underground, likely intended for the Maoist group’s operational expenses, such as building tunnels and acquiring explosives. Police are currently probing the source of the funds and the network behind them, as stated by the Chaibasa Superintendent of Police, who confirmed the operation.
