Ranchi Medical Student Drugged and Raped at Friend's Birthday Party

A shocking incident has emerged from Ranchi where a medical student, currently preparing for her Master of Dental Surgery (MDS), was allegedly drugged and raped during a birthday celebration. The victim had gone to attend the birthday party of her close female friend in the Lalpur police station area. According to police reports, the party turned into a nightmare when the student was served pizza laced with intoxicants. After consuming the food, she lost consciousness, during which one of the attendees, identified as Danish, took advantage of her condition and committed the assault. The Ranchi police acted swiftly following the complaint, forming a special team to track down the culprits who were eventually intercepted at Kharagpur railway station while attempting to flee to West Bengal.
