The revised edition of the highly anticipated yoga book, “Yoga In A Glance” (योग एक दृष्टि में), penned by Dr. Parineeta Singh and Dr. Archana Kumari, was officially released. The esteemed guest for the occasion was the Hon’ble Minister of State for Defence, Sanjay Seth, who inaugurated the book at his Ranchi residence. Dr. Parineeta Singh proudly announced that this is their fourth literary contribution to the field of yoga, with previous titles including “Yoga In A Glance,” “Abhyasam,” and “Traditional Yoga.” She expressed a strong desire to reflect their reverence for Indian culture through this publication, emphasizing its universal appeal to all age groups. Dr. Archana Kumari further elaborated that “Yoga In A Glance” focuses on presenting the intricate principles of yoga theoretically. The book’s use of simple, easy-to-understand Hindi ensures that its valuable insights into yoga are accessible to everyone.
