An alarming act of violence has shaken Ranchi, where traffic police officers were subjected to a brutal assault by auto drivers. The incident occurred in the Kathal Mor area, under the Nagri police station. A video of the event has gone viral, revealing the aggressive behavior of the auto drivers. They reportedly used stones in the attack, causing critical injuries to one officer, Rohit Ganjhu, who is now hospitalized at RIMS in Ranchi. The auto drivers have since escaped, prompting a police search. The Traffic SP has assured that the offenders will face severe consequences. The Nagri police are currently investigating the matter.
