    Aviram College of Education in Tiko Kudu conducted a placement training program for the 2023-2025 session trainees. The program, organized by Shiv Shankar from the Placement Cell, featured an opening ceremony with the lighting of lamps by the esteemed guests. Representatives from prominent local schools were present to discuss placement opportunities. Participants included Principal Siven Evenglin Ekka from Oxbridge School Hirhi, School Secretary Mo Taufiq, Shabnam and Pooja from Aviram School of Excellence, Principal Amit Kumar, teachers Rahul and Martha Lakra from Sacred Knowledge Public School, Ravindra Oraon from Spring Dale Public School, Asrita and Saurabh from Aviram Academy Maradih, and Swati Kumari and Babli Kumari from SD English Medium School. The trainees participated in interviews, demonstrating their confidence, knowledge, and logical thinking. College Principal Dr. Pratima Tripathi emphasized the institution’s commitment to hosting annual placement programs to assist students in navigating the employment landscape and the interview process. The guests motivated the trainees, providing valuable insights to aid in interview preparation. The event was attended by Pankaj, Renuka, Mamta, Pawan, Kundan, Sandeep, Dolly, Aarti, and many others.
