Mandatory Recognition for Schools in Jharkhand

In response to the Jharkhand High Court’s instructions, the state government has revised the rules concerning the Right of Children to Free and Compulsory Education. A key change is the requirement for all schools to obtain recognition. The Education Department is gearing up for the implementation. According to the department’s plan, the portal will undergo necessary technical enhancements by September, and schools will be able to apply online beginning in October.
