Aspiring civil servants from the 100th Foundation Course at the Lal Bahadur Shastri National Academy of Administration, Mussoorie, have arrived in Koderma district for their mandatory field study and research initiative. The Deputy Commissioner, Rituraj, greeted the contingent of officers on Monday. An introductory meeting, led by the Deputy Commissioner, was organized to orient the trainees. Presentations were delivered by departmental heads, outlining the significant schemes, development efforts, and public welfare initiatives currently underway in Koderma. This vital information aims to empower the officers to conduct their field research effectively. Senior officials shared in-depth information regarding the district’s governance, its available resources, the socio-economic profile of the region, and the methodologies employed in project implementation. The Deputy Commissioner encouraged the trainees to immerse themselves in practical learning, understanding the nuances of district administration and its inherent complexities. Key officials, including the Superintendent of Police, Deputy Development Commissioner, Sub-divisional Officer, Additional Collector, and district supply and transport officers, were present during the welcome ceremony and introductory session.
