The Jharkhand Cabinet, under the leadership of Chief Minister Hemant Soren, convened recently to approve a number of key proposals. The cabinet decided to provide an annual grant of ₹3 crore to the Jharkhand Hindu Trust Board. The formation of the Jharkhand State Legislative Forum of HIV-AIDS was also sanctioned. According to Cabinet Secretary Vandana Dadel, a total of 26 proposals were approved. The meeting saw the approval of ₹57 crore for the establishment of a women’s college in Khunti and ₹38.76 crore for a degree college in Ichagarh. Additionally, the Jharkhand State Nationalized Primary Teacher Promotion Rules 2025 were also approved.
