Ranchi: Tribal chief Josai Mardi has been appointed because the state president of Jharkhand Tribal Congress. All India Congress Committee (AICC) common secretary cum MP KC Venugopal has issued knowledge on this regard. Josai Mardi is a resident of Potka meeting in East Singhbhum district of Jharkhand.
