    In a strong statement from Chaibasa, Jharkhand’s acting DGP T. Mishra declared that the elimination of Naxalites from the Saranda forest is imminent. Upon her arrival, she was accorded a respectful welcome by police and administrative officials, followed by a comprehensive review of anti-Naxal operations. Key issues examined included Naxalite movements in Saranda, operational challenges, force positioning, and resource management. The DGP commended the synergistic approach of the police, CRPF, Cobra, and Jaguar forces in achieving operational milestones despite difficult terrains. She assured that decisive action is being taken to eradicate the Naxal presence in Saranda, with strategic preparations finalized. The DGP also stressed the continuous process of evaluating and refining operational tactics to boost their effectiveness and accuracy, recognizing teamwork as the cornerstone of these successful endeavors. The goal remains to conduct operations in a secure and well-planned manner.
