Tragedy struck in Khunti district, Jharkhand, when a motorcycle-borne attack resulted in one fatality and one serious injury. The incident occurred late Friday night. According to initial reports, the attackers first targeted the victims by throwing chili powder into their eyes, causing them to lose control of their motorcycle. They then used a sharp weapon. Police responded to the scene after receiving information and have begun investigating the incident.
The victims, returning home from Saiko, were ambushed near Kocharidih village. Choyta Sarukad was pronounced dead at the hospital, while his companion, Singa Munda, sustained serious injuries.
