The court’s directive aims to ensure compliance with noise pollution regulations and the Central Motor Vehicle Rules. The court has also prohibited the use of loudspeakers from 10 pm to 6 am without explicit permission. The court has directed the Director General of Police and the Member Secretary of the Jharkhand State Pollution Control Board to file affidavits confirming adherence to the court’s instructions.
