Emphasizing law and order as a cornerstone of progress, Governor Gangwar reaffirmed the government’s unwavering commitment to public safety. Special campaigns targeting cybercrimes have been launched, with strict measures against offenders. ‘Ensuring the security of every citizen remains our top priority,’ he declared, highlighting intensified security operations in naxal-affected regions that have yielded positive results in fostering peace and growth.
Turning to development milestones, the Governor spotlighted the establishment of a commercial pilot training center in Dumka as a game-changer for aviation prospects in the state. He detailed expansions in forest cover, tourism infrastructure, industrial investments, national and state highway constructions, and rural road strengthening projects. These efforts, he noted, are pivotal in propelling Jharkhand towards rapid infrastructure-led advancement.
The address also focused on job creation through industrial promotion, balanced regional development, environmental conservation, and empowerment schemes for youth, farmers, and women. ‘Our goal is sustainable progress that benefits all sections of society,’ Gangwar stated.
Following the speech, Assembly Speaker Ravindra Nath Mahto presented condolence motions for prominent figures from politics, arts, industry, and social service who passed away since the last session. The house paid tribute to victims of recent accidents, expressing solidarity with their families. Proceedings were adjourned until Thursday morning at 11 AM.
