Through a video conference, Chief Minister Hemant Soren and Jharkhand High Court Chief Justice Tarlochan Singh Chauhan officiated the groundbreaking for the Chaibasa District Bar Association’s new building. The District Bar Bhavan in Khunti and the Sub-Divisional Bar Bhavan in Chandil also had their foundations laid during the event. Senior judges, members of the Advocates Association, and local representatives were present. The Chief Minister emphasized the state government’s commitment to strengthening the judicial system and supporting advocates. He stated that the new buildings would improve the efficiency of the justice system and provide better facilities for legal professionals. Chief Justice Chauhan commended the initiative, underscoring the importance of strong advocate association buildings in supporting the judiciary. He also expressed his hope that the new buildings would create more opportunities for young lawyers. The Chaibasa Bar Association leadership expressed gratitude to the Chief Minister and Chief Justice for their support, acknowledging the building’s construction as a significant milestone.
