A significant organizational drive has been launched by the Jharkhand Congress with the commencement of its ‘National Media Talent Hunt Program.’ The primary objective is to cultivate a new cadre of spokespersons capable of representing the party effectively at state and regional levels. The program, officially launched in Ranchi, is scheduled to run throughout December, culminating in the selection of promising individuals. State Congress President Keshav Mahto Kamlesh highlighted the program’s focus on identifying candidates with strong ideological commitment, sharp intellect, excellent linguistic skills, and the ability to communicate complex political issues to the public with clarity and factual accuracy.
The state has been divided into seven zones for this extensive talent search: Zone 1 (Palamu), Zone 2 (Kolhan), Zone 3 (Deoghar), Zone 4 (Dumka and Jamtara), Zone 5 (Sahebganj, Godda, and Pakur), Zone 6 (Ramgarh, Chatra, Koderma, and Hazaribagh), and Zone 7 (Bokaro, Dhanbad, Giridih, and South Chotanagpur districts). This systematic approach ensures that all potential candidates across Jharkhand can participate in this vital organizational initiative. The program is committed to a completely transparent selection process.
