Ranchi: Jharkhand High Court has stayed the Ranchi district administration’s order to vacate the shops of Sainik Market located on Main Road. The case was heard in the court of High Court Judge Justice Sanjay Kumar Dwivedi. Actually, the district administration had ordered many shopkeepers of Sainik Market to vacate the shops. Ram Nathun Sah and other ex-servicemen had filed a petition in the High Court against this order of the district administration. Advocate Naveen Kumar argued on behalf of the petitioners.
