Ranchi. Jharkhand government has established a state-of-the-art IT tower in 40 thousand square feet area in Namkum, Ranchi. Chief Minister Hemant Soren has invited IT companies from India and abroad to open their branches and offices in this tower on long-term lease basis. He has appealed to IT companies to invest in Jharkhand and forge long-term partnerships with the state. Equipped with ‘state of the art’ and world-class facilities, this tower is being considered an important step towards establishing Jharkhand as an IT hub. Appealing to IT companies to invest in Jharkhand, the Chief Minister said that Jharkhand’s talented IT workforce is recognized in the country and the world. Now a platform has been created for them, where they can touch new dimensions of innovation and development.

Located in the Namkum Industrial Area near Ranchi urban area, this IT tower has been developed under the supervision of Jharkhand Industrial Area Development Authority (GiADA), which will act as a major hub for technological and digital businesses. Its structure is of G-plus five floors. All services including energy efficient infrastructure and high speed data transfer have been provided in this tower. Industrial Area Development Authority Ranchi Regional Office has invited applications from reputed organizations and eligible IT/ITeS sector entities for long term lease of 30 years, the last date of which is 15th February. To make the application process simple and fast, the service of single window system has been started. With this, companies can secure space in this tower without any hassle.
