Ranchi. Hemant Soren has once again been elected leader in the meeting of Jharkhand Mukti Morcha Legislative Party. Besides, the parties of ‘India’ block have also elected him as their leader. He will take oath as Chief Minister for the third time on November 28. A day after the election results, a meeting of the newly elected MLAs of ‘India’ block was held at the Chief Minister’s residence on Sunday. In this, Hemant Soren was elected the leader of the legislature party. After this, he went to Raj Bhavan and resigned from the post of Chief Minister and staked claim to form a new government.

After receiving the invitation to form the government, Hemant Soren, while talking to journalists outside the Raj Bhavan, said – Governor Santosh Gangwar has appointed the acting CM. The swearing-in ceremony will take place on November 28. It is being told that Congress leader Rahul Gandhi and RJD’s Tejashwi Yadav may attend the swearing-in ceremony.

It is being told that the formula of one ministerial post for five MLAs is being decided in the alliance parties. In this, Jharkhand Mukti Morcha may get seven ministerial posts, Congress may get three and RJD may get one ministerial post. It is noteworthy that a total of 12 ministers can be made in the state. According to informed sources, most of the JMM ministers may be repeated in the new government. New faces will replace the two defeated ministers. However, some changes are definitely possible in Congress. There too, a new face will replace the defeated minister. The party’s only Muslim MLA Irfan Ansari may get a place in the government in place of jailed Alamgir Alam, while many other tribal faces may join the government in place of elderly Rameshwar Oraon. Two Sanjay Yadavs have won from RJD, any one of whom can be made a minister.
