The district Congress office, Krishna Ballabh Ashram in Hazaribagh, will be the venue for the 128th birth anniversary celebration of Krishna Ballabh Sahay, a celebrated freedom fighter and former Chief Minister of undivided Bihar. The event is slated for December 31st, beginning at 1 PM. The list of distinguished guests includes the Jharkhand Rural Development Minister, Deepika Pandey, and former minister and district president, Jay Prakash Bhai Patel.
