Hemant Soren: Government of Jharkhand has established state -of -the -art IT tower in 40 thousand square feet area in Namkum, Ranchi.
Chief Minister Hemant Soren has invited country and abroad IT companies to open their branches and offices based on long-term lease in this tower.
He appealed to IT companies to invest in Jharkhand and partner with the state for a long time.
Equipped with ‘State of the Art’ and world -class facilities, this tower is considered an important step towards setting up Jharkhand as an IT hub.
The Chief Minister appealed to IT companies to invest in Jharkhand and said that the talented IT workforce of Jharkhand is identified in the country and the world.
Now a platform has been prepared for them, where they can touch new dimensions of innovation and development.

Established in Namkum Industrial Area, located near Ranchi urban area, this IT tower has been developed under the supervision of Jharkhand Industrial Area Development Authority (GIADA), which will serve as a major center for technical and digital businesses.
Its composition is of the G-Plus Five Floor. In this tower, all services containing energy efficient infrastructure and high speed data transfer have been provided.
The Industrial Area Development Authority Ranchi Regional Office has invited applications from reputed organizations and qualified IT/ITES sector institutions for long -term lease of 30 years, the last date of which is 15 February.
Service of single window system has been introduced to make the application process simple and faster. With this, companies can ensure space in this tower without any hassle.
