Female Student Dies After Falling from 4th Floor of Ranchi Hostel

A sense of panic gripped the Loharakucha area of East Jail Road in Ranchi after a female student died under mysterious circumstances. The victim, identified as Gayatri, a resident of Kulti in West Bengal, reportedly fell from the fourth floor of a girls' hostel on Thursday evening. Gayatri had moved to the capital city of Jharkhand just a month ago to prepare for competitive examinations. Following the incident, she was rushed to a nearby private hospital by hostel residents, but doctors pronounced her dead upon arrival. The Lalpur police station was immediately notified and arrived at the scene to initiate a formal investigation.
