The Ghartshila by-election will offer a significant benefit to its workforce: complete cashless medical treatment for all polling and security staff. This assurance was made during an important assembly in East Singhbhum, led by Deputy Commissioner Karn Satyarthi, which included management from local government and private hospitals. Ensuring the well-being of election personnel is a top priority for the district administration. All healthcare facilities are to guarantee prompt cashless medical attention in any emergency, without exception. The Civil Surgeon’s office is responsible for stocking adequate medical equipment, drugs, and ensuring sufficient doctor availability. Hospitals are required to operate their emergency departments round-the-clock during the election period. A direct line of communication must be maintained with the district control room and the health department. The district administration will handle payments for cashless treatments after receiving the necessary billing documents. Any instances of non-compliance or neglect will be met with firm action.
