    A talent recognition ceremony was held at the Vinod Bihari Mahto Rural Stadium in Nawadih, organized by Dumri MLA Jairam Mahto. Governor Santosh Kumar Gangwar was the chief guest and awarded 40 top-performing students from the Dumri assembly constituency who had excelled in the JAC matriculation and intermediate exams. The toppers of various streams were presented with laptops, while other top-ranking students received tablets, funded by the MLA. Mementos and certificates were also given.

    The Governor addressed the event, stressing the importance of education in bringing about social and educational awareness and inspiring students to achieve their goals. He encouraged students to pursue their dreams with determination and dedication. Jairam Mahto stated that the age of 13 to 19 is crucial in building a career. He drew a strong analogy of education, referring to it as the milk of a lioness. He also shared his personal story, highlighting the importance of overcoming obstacles and announced that students facing financial hardships would be identified and supported.
