    A significant workshop on ‘Vigilance: Our Collective Responsibility’ was conducted at the Rajarappa region of Central Coalfields Limited (CCL) as part of its Vigilance Awareness Campaign-2025. The gathering focused on instilling a stronger sense of ethical awareness and shared accountability.

    CCL’s Chief Vigilance Officer (CVO), Pankaj Kumar, attended as the distinguished chief guest. He delivered a compelling speech, advocating for unwavering honesty and complete transparency in all public service activities. Kumar reinforced the idea that vigilance is not an isolated responsibility but a collective endeavor for the entire workforce. The CVO took the opportunity to engage in constructive dialogue with officers from diverse departments, offering valuable suggestions and clarifications regarding the company’s operational frameworks and ethical guidelines. This workshop marks a crucial step in reinforcing the principles of integrity, responsibility, and open communication throughout CCL.
