Students at Modern Public School in Koderma received expert guidance on managing stress during a special counseling session facilitated by the Brahma Kumari organization. In an era marked by increasing academic and social pressures, this initiative provided a much-needed platform for students to learn coping strategies.
Rama Kumari, central in-charge of the Brahma Kumaris, along with members V.K. Kusum and Vinita Ji, led interactive discussions. V.K. Kusum introduced students to the power of meditation for inner peace, while Vinita Ji delved into practical techniques for managing daily anxieties. The session covered the nature of student stress and offered practical advice on how to mitigate its effects.
Participants were urged to foster strong communication channels with their families and teachers, sharing their challenges and seeking constructive advice. Reducing reliance on mobile devices and incorporating mindfulness through meditation were presented as effective methods for maintaining mental equilibrium. Students learned that proactive communication and self-care are essential for academic success and overall well-being.
