Regarding the continuous decrease in the population of tribals in Jharkhand, Jharkhand BJP State President and former CM Babulal Marandi has said that there is a need to form an SIT and investigate the whole matter. For this, he has written a letter to the government. He said that in the Santhal areas of Sahibganj, many tribal girls are marrying Muslim boys and the youth are roaming around as Mukhiya. If the Muslim population increases in this way and the tribal population decreases, then the tribals will lose their place in both the Assembly and the Lok Sabha. He said that if the population of tribals continues to decrease in this way, what will be its ill-effects? Because said that the tribals have got reservation in both the Assembly and the Lok Sabha and they have also got reservation in government services according to their proportion.
If the population of tribals continues to decline in this way, then their Lok Sabha and Assembly seats will also decrease accordingly. Apart from this, the seats in the jobs available in government services will be reduced. Regarding land loot in Jharkhand, the former CM said that lands are being looted under the protection of the government and the land which is not saleable is also being looted. Recently, the current CM of Jharkhand went to jail in this land loot case. Anyone can see how he got a boundary wall built on non-saleable land. He said that the people of Jharkhand want an investigation against those who looted the land, but this did not happen. Everyone knows that the Hemant Soren government gives protection to land brokers in Jharkhand. Let us tell you that for the last several months, there has been a lot of controversy in Jharkhand regarding the loot of water, forest and land. In January, Chief Minister Hemant Soren was arrested by the ED. Since then the matter is being investigated.
After that, BJP had also warned former Chief Minister Champai Soren in this matter that looting should stop in Jharkhand. Now Babulal Marandi said that if the Chief Minister ignores the looting of water, forest and land and remains silent, then he should be ready to go to jail again. For the last few years, cases of love affairs, rape and love marriages of Muslim youths with tribal girls are coming to light in Sahibganj Santhal Pargana. Many such love marriages have come to light, in which Muslim youths helped tribal girls to contest elections after marriage and also got them elected and captured power. In the Borio area of Sahibganj, about a hundred Muslim youths have done love marriages with tribal girls in the last one year.
