Ranchi: Akhil Bharatiya Vidyarthi Parishad, Ranchi Metropolitan on Friday closed the principle gate of Jharkhand Educational Council and gheraoed it because of the issues of the scholars who failed at school eleventh. They mentioned that about 800 scholars of Ranchi had been failed with only one or 2 marks.
