Principal Secretary Home Department, Mrs. Vandana Dadel, stated that the state government has decided to celebrate the State Foundation Day on November 15th this year on a grand scale. This event will symbolize Jharkhand’s glorious heritage, culture, and development journey. All preparations are being made keeping in mind to make it grand and memorable. This year marks the completion of 25 years of the state’s formation in 2025. On this occasion, various types of programs will be organized in all districts, blocks, panchayats, schools, and colleges starting from November 11th. She mentioned that on the occasion of Foundation Day on November 15th, various welfare schemes will be inaugurated and laid foundation stones for. She was reviewing the preparations for the grand ceremony to be held on the occasion of the State Foundation Day on November 15th at Morabadi Ground today.
Every arrangement should be completed perfectly and in a time-bound manner to ensure the success of the program.
Mrs. Vandana Dadel instructed the officials that all preparations related to the ceremony should be completed in a time-bound and well-planned manner. For various aspects of the program such as stage arrangement, security, traffic management, sanitation, electricity, guest hospitality, cultural programs, exhibition, parking, and emergency management, each official will discharge their responsibilities with complete dedication and efficiency, and any negligence will not be tolerated. She stated that several important instructions have been given regarding stage construction, seating arrangements, security cordon, entry-exit gates, reception area, media center, medical arrangements, and other facilities for the main program.
During the inspection, Secretary Commercial Taxes Mr. Amitabh Kaushal, Welfare Secretary Mr. Kripanand Jha, Director Mines Mr. Rahul Kumar Sinha, Tribal Welfare Commissioner Mr. Kuldeep Choudhary, Special Secretary cum Director IPRD Mr. Rajiv Lochan Bakshi, Deputy Commissioner Ranchi Mr. Manjunath Bhajantri, along with all other senior officials of the Ranchi district administration were present.
