Separately, IndiGo has announced the discontinuation of its Jabalpur-Bhopal flights due to low passenger numbers. The final flight on this route will operate on Tuesday. These cancellations add to a series of route suspensions from Jabalpur, impacting six major routes, including services to Ahmedabad, Kolkata, and Pune. Despite the substantial investment in airport expansion, the reduction in flight operations presents a persistent concern.
