IRCTC rip-off: Delhi court docket refuses to cancel bail of Bihar deputy CM Tejashwi Yadav

NEW DELHI:  A Delhi court docket on Tuesday refused to cancel the bail of Bihar Deputy Leader Minister Tejashwi Yadav on a plea moved through the CBI in reference to the IRCTC rip-off.
