    Deepak Saxena, a 2010 batch IAS officer, has been appointed as the Commissioner of Public Relations in Madhya Pradesh. He previously served as the Collector and District Magistrate in Jabalpur. Saxena is taking on this new role with the aim of improving the public image of the Madhya Pradesh government. He is known for his clean image and administrative efficiency. His focus will be on improving the operations of the Public Relations Department and ensuring that information about government schemes reaches the public promptly. Saxena is also known to be very strict against corruption and has taken strong actions against it during his tenure in Jabalpur, including against education mafias and irregularities in the ration system. He is committed to fostering better communication between the government and the public.
