A woman in Gurugram is in custody for the stabbing death of her live-in partner. The altercation, which led to the fatality, was reportedly over Harish’s visits to his wife and children. Harish, 42, and Yashmeet Kaur, 27, had been living together in DLF Phase-3 for a year. The relationship was frequently marred by arguments related to Harish’s family life. On the day of the murder, a dispute led to Harish being stabbed. He was taken to a hospital but passed away. Prior to the incident, Harish had returned from work in Faridabad and received Rs 7 lakh from his nephew Bharat. He subsequently left with Vijay. Around 10 PM, Harish asked Bharat to order and pay for food. The next day, Kaur notified Bharat about Harish’s death, revealing a knife wound on his chest. Kaur has been arrested and the knife seized. Police are investigating Vijay’s involvement and the circumstances surrounding Harish taking Rs 7 lakh on the day of the stabbing.
