The UP STF arrested Harsh Vardhan Jain in Ghaziabad for operating a fake embassy and defrauding job seekers. Jain falsely presented himself as an ambassador of micronations, using forged documents, fake number plates, and doctored photos to deceive people with the promise of overseas jobs. His operation, uncovered on Tuesday, included a network of shell companies used for a hawala racket. The STF seized numerous forged items, including seals, PAN cards, and diplomatic number plates, along with a substantial amount of cash. Jain’s past life, including his connection to prominent figures and involvement in financial misconduct, reveals a pattern of deceptive behavior, leading to his recent arrest.
