EC turns down BJP chief’s call for for re-polls in UP constituency

SHAMLI: The Election Fee has grew to become down Uttar Pradesh minister Suresh Rana’s call for for re-election in Thana Bhawan Meeting constituency after he alleged irregularities in polling.

Rana was once the BJP candidate from Thana Bhawan constituency which went to the polls within the first segment on February 10.

District Election Officer Jasjit Kaur, who may be the District Justice of the Peace of Shamli, in a press observation on Sunday stated elections have been held peaceably and there have been no incidents of malpractice or irregularity all over the polls.

Therefore, she stated, Rana’s call for for contemporary elections at 40 polling cubicles in Thana Bhawan constituency may no longer be entertained.
