The family home of Dr. Umar Nabi, identified as the main suspect behind the recent car bombing near the Red Fort, was completely destroyed in an overnight security operation in Pulwama, South Kashmir. The demolition, executed in the early hours of Friday, saw the two-story ancestral house in Koil village reduced to rubble by bulldozers. This action comes as a direct response to the terror attack on November 10, which resulted in significant casualties. Security forces maintained a tight cordon around the village, ensuring no resistance occurred during the razing of the property. Investigations have confirmed Dr. Nabi’s role via DNA evidence, identifying him as the driver of the vehicle carrying the explosives. This targeted demolition reflects a stringent approach to disrupting terror financing and operational bases in the region, aiming to break the cycle of violence.
