Swami Chaitanyananda Saraswati’s request for anticipatory bail has been denied by the Patiala House Court in Delhi. The Delhi Police presented evidence during the hearing that the Swami had claimed to be affiliated with the United Nations. The case involves allegations of financial impropriety, and the Swami had sought protection from arrest. However, the court has rejected his plea.

The court determined that the severity of the charges required custodial interrogation at the present stage of the investigation. This ruling was issued after the court had concluded its deliberations on the anticipatory bail application of the self-proclaimed spiritual figure, who is implicated in alleged fraud, forgery, and criminal conspiracy.

Further information regarding this case will be provided as it becomes available.
