New Delhi’s BJP leadership is gearing up for a major organizational push. Party president Virendra Sachdeva chaired a key coordination meeting on Saturday to outline the cadre training strategy under the national campaign kicking off March 7. This nationwide initiative, themed ‘Empowered Workers, Strengthened Organization,’ draws inspiration from Pandit Deendayal Upadhyaya’s vision for 2026.

The meeting focused on empowering newly joined workers across Delhi’s 256 organizational mandals. BJP national co-organization general secretary Shiv Prakash addressed the gathering, emphasizing the training’s role in building a robust cadre base. He detailed expectations from 132 selected workers across categories, highlighting 14 key training modules now finalized.

Delhi BJP has appointed subject heads for each module, who will attend a training camp in Chandigarh starting Monday. From March 7 to April 14, mandal-level camps will roll out, followed by district and state-level sessions. This structured approach aims to align grassroots workers with the party’s long-term goals.

In a related development, Delhi Chief Minister Rekha Gupta unveiled a statue of RSS founder Dr. Keshav Baliram Hedgewar at the Dr. Hedgewar Arogya Sansthan in Shahdara. Speaking at the event, she praised Hedgewar’s foundational vision, which has evolved into a powerful network dedicated to nation service through character building and cultural awakening.

This dual focus on training and ideological reinforcement signals BJP’s preparations for upcoming challenges. Party insiders see it as a blueprint for electoral success, blending organizational discipline with inspirational leadership. As the campaign unfolds, Delhi’s BJP cadre is poised for transformation, ready to drive the party’s agenda forward.
