    Congress President Mallikarjun Kharge is currently being treated at a hospital in Bengaluru. Party sources reported that Kharge was admitted to MS Ramaiah Hospital in Bengaluru due to a high fever. Medical professionals are overseeing his care. A party official indicated that the 83-year-old Kharge’s condition is stable, and there is no cause for concern.

    A Congress official shared that the Leader of the Opposition in the Rajya Sabha was admitted to the hospital on Tuesday after reporting fever and leg pain. He is doing well, and there is no need for concern. Doctors are closely monitoring his health. Many Congress workers are expressing their well wishes for Kharge’s recovery on social media.

    Kharge recently participated in a Congress Working Committee (CWC) meeting in Patna, Bihar. The meeting was held at Sadaqat Ashram, and Kharge addressed the gathering. During the meeting, he criticized the BJP, Prime Minister Narendra Modi, and the Election Commission, among others. He stated that the challenges India faces internationally are due to actions taken by Prime Minister Modi.

    Mallikarjun Kharge is the current national president of the Congress. He is a Member of Parliament from Karnataka in the Rajya Sabha. He has been at the forefront of the Congress party for a considerable time. He was appointed as the party president in 2022. He uses his political experience to make important decisions for the party and leads the opposition in Parliament. Before entering politics, Kharge was a lawyer. He started his political career as a trade union leader.
