Satyapal Singh Rajput, Raipur. The complainant has questioned the functioning of the education department as no action was taken against the corrupt principal and headmaster. The investigation committee had recommended action about two months ago. The district education officer had written a letter to the Directorate of Public Instruction to take action. We are talking about Kamal Narayan Bhardwaj, Principal of Government Higher Secondary School Kothari and Tularam Bhardwaj, Principal of Government Pre-Secondary Kothari. They were accused of demanding bribe in the central scheme Rani Lakshmibai Self Defense Training. Kartala Development Block Education Officer had investigated the complaint made by trainer Karan Bareth along with audio-video of demanding bribe. Even after being found guilty in the investigation, the department has not been able to take any action till now.
Complainant trainer Karan Bareth raised questions and said that investigation has been done in the bribery case and after investigation both the principal and the head teacher have been found guilty. It has been almost two months, but no action is being taken. On the other hand, I am being threatened by the principal and the head teacher, threatening me that no matter where you complain, no action will be taken against us. So I want to know this from the responsible officials that why no action has been taken till now? Is the education department kind to such bribe-takers?
