Ramkumar Yadav, Ambikapur. A dreadful case of murder has come to light in Surguja district. Where the brother-in-law has committed the murder of his sister-in-law. The dead woman’s body was found outside the house this morning, causing a sensation in the area. During investigation, the police found serious injury marks on the face and head of the body. The whole matter is of Kunni police post of Lakhanpur police station area.
According to the information, her husband Dev Chand Das (42) was living separately from the deceased Maan Kunwar, resident of village Kunni Tendughat. Six months ago, the deceased Maan Kunwar was taken away by his brother-in-law Vishnu Das. Both were living their lives happily. But alcohol disrupted this relationship. There used to be disputes between the two regarding alcohol. On the night of 12th January, a fight over liquor started again between Vishnudas and Maan Kunwar, 200 meters away from the house. After which Maan brought Kunwar into the house beating Vishnudas and gave a life-threatening attack on his head and face with a stone. Man Kunwar, who was seriously injured on the spot, lost a lot of blood due to which he died.
Today at around 7:30 in the morning, when the deceased’s brother-in-law Siya Das reached home, he saw that his sister-in-law was lying dead in a pool of blood. Who has serious injury marks on his face and head. This information was given to the police. Police reached the spot and are taking further action after conducting Panchnama. Accused brother-in-law Vishnu Das is absconding since night, the police has started searching for him.
